TERMS OF SERVICE

*My turn-around can be UP TO 3 months depending on the type of commission. Ref sheets/custom designs may take longer (expect UP TO 5 months.)GENERAL- I require 50% payment upfront before starting the sketch stage of the commission. If the sketch is approved, meaning I can continue working on the commission, I then request the other 50% of the total payment. Sketch commissions are 100% upfront.- if you post my work anywhere, I must be credited.- Do not remove my signature.- I reserve the right to all artwork i produce.- I reserve the right to reject commission offers per my own discretion.- I reserve the right, as the artist, to cancel in-progress commissions for whatever reason, followed by a full refund.- I will always aim to meet client satisfaction and can do minor edits/fixes after approving commission stages. However, I will only make these changes a maximum of 3 times past an approved stage. This means having sent an updated WIP 3 times to the client.You are welcome to review each stage of the piece. Stages include (where applicable) the sketch, lineart, flat-colors, shading, and final piece.I will not do major changes to a piece (such as changing the pose while in the flatcolor stage) unless if you requested something specific that I did not deliver.- Please provide high resolution images of the character. Otherwise, send a detailed description of said character, preferably with reference images to better help me visualize your request.- it is your responsibility to update me with anything regarding changing the character, a change in contact information, etc.- My brain is kind of funky! (Mentally ill) I have some troubles with memory and having consistent energy. I am also currently in college. I am never ignoring you if I take some time to get back to you. Please be patient with me.

DESIGNS
- I DO NOT APPROVE ANY USE OF MY DESIGNS FOR MORALLY QUESTIONABLE/WRONG WORK. That includes usage in but not limited to underrage nsfw, incest, diaper fetish, feral nsfw, realistic animal genitalia, hatespeech, noncon, etc.- Please do not resell a design more than what it was comissioned for.

REFUNDS
- I WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS FOR FULLY FINISHED WORKS. This means each stage of the commission process (sketch, lineart, flatcolor, shading, final) had been approved by the client.
- You are welcome to request a refund if I have taken longer than the agreed timeframe.
- Please make sure you're interested in commissioning me! I will not take clients who refund for arbitrary reasons.
