TERMS OF SERVICE DIRECTORY
* This is a simplified terms of service. To request and pay for a commission means that you have read and agreed to my full TOS linked below. *
GENERAL TERMS
WHAT I WILL DRAW:
- Humans/people- Animals (this includes insects)- Anthros- Monsters/creatures- Robots/mecha- Armor- Mild injury/blood/gore
WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW:
- NSFW (including fetishes)- Heavy gore (organs, heavy graphic imagery.)- Anything offensive (racism, homophobia, incest, pedophilia, etc.)- Some pieces of media. I reserve the right to decline drawing pieces from or for certain shows/comics/books/etc. Personal reasons.
FOR PAINTED ILLUSTRATIONS:
The higher the complexity of the character, the more I may charge. (ex: a robot character with a lot of moving parts, a character with multiple limbs, etc.)NON-PAINTED ILLUSTRATIONS
may have more gestural mark-making to imply complexity.1 ADDITIONAL character
is + 50% the base price. Example: a polished full-body two character commission with a complex background is $70 + $35 (the characters) + $20 (the complex background).***

PAYMENT AND PROCESS
- Currency accepted is USD. This can be paid through PayPal......However, as of right now, I will be using artistree to receive commission requests and payments.- I am currently only accepting 100% payment upfront. (I'm tryna get vgen so I could offer split payments!!)- Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send payment.
PROCESS* I will notify you when I have started on your commission (can't refund after this!)- It is your responsibility to update me with anything regarding changing the character, a change in contact information, etc.- While working on your commission, I will make reviews with you on any character details I may have questions about.
WIP images will contain a large watermark. (The final piece will have my signature and be muuuuch smaller)- If something in my life delays the completion of the piece, I will let you know.- Once the piece is finished, you will receive a digital image that is full-resolution plus a web-friendly size (around the 1080 px range!) There is NO physical product.- Please provide high resolution images of the character !! Or, send a detailed description of said character, preferably with lots of ref images to better help me visualize your request.- I'm a busy bee! I am never ignoring you if I take some time to get back to you. Please be patient with me ❤️ <:I*My turn-around can be UP TO 3 months depending on the type of commission, workload, and life outside of comm-work. Ref sheets/custom designs may take longer. I will always update you, the client, if any unexpected life updates should occur.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE
- My work is for personal use only unless otherwise negotiated with me.** Any commercial use MUST be negotiated with me. **- My work is NOT permitted for AI use.- If you post my work anywhere, I must be credited.- Do not remove my signature.
ME:
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.- I will NOT claim intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours !! )- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you break any of the terms (o_o)- I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio, as well as in publications such as art books.- I reserve the right to reject commission offers per my own discretion.- I reserve the right, as the artist, to cancel in-progress commissions for whatever reason, followed by a full refund.
YOU:- You may use the commission for personal use unless agreed otherwise. This includes uploading the commissioned artwork on any website and social media channels as long as I'm credited.- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)- You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is part of an adoptable. Please discuss with me prior to commission payment.- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork unless I have given consent to.- You retain the rights to the Intellectual Property (IP).- You may NOT use my artwork for commercial purposes unless if I've given permission to.- You may use the artwork on your YouTube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.
The following is considered copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - meaning making money off it in any way.- Claiming the artwork as your own- Removing my signature from the artwork.- Altering the artwork without my consent.- I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased.
DESIGNS / MISC INFO
- I DO NOT APPROVE ANY USE OF MY DESIGNS FOR MORALLY QUESTIONABLE/WRONG WORK. That includes usage in but not limited to underrage nsfw, incest, diaper fetish, feral nsfw, realistic animal genitalia, hatespeech, noncon, etc.- Please do not resell a design more than what it was commissioned for.
MISC INFO- I will always try my best to work with you!- If there is any issue with the commissioned piece at any point, please tell me! We can figure out a solution for the work and move forward from there.- I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start your commission. Example: you do not want me posting your commission publicly.- There are 3 main brushes that I use for lineart. One is pen-like, one is ink-like, and one is an opaque flat brush. Feel free to specify which! If not specified, I'll use what I think will work best with the character.- All pieces will have a flat color background at the least. Let me know if you would like a transparent background n_n- I ENJOY STYLE EXPERIMENTATION! Be aware that not every commission will keep consistent to one specific style.- DM me on instagram (@isopodish) for updates! Otherwise, send an email to [email protected]
REFUNDS
- I WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS...
...FOR THE MOST PART- The client/buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission.* Fully finished works cannot be refunded.* Partially finished works, as in past the sketch stage cannot be refunded.- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.- If you cancel your commission order before I have started it, you can receive a full refund.- If you are receiving a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal or Artistree with our conversations/any evidence in which we talk about the commission, and that I have completed work for you.*Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.- You are welcome to request a refund (via DM or email) if I have taken longer than the initially agreed timeframe...* ...That is if I've not contacted you about updates that could delay the commission. If there's something that comes up on my end that requires an extension of the deadline, I will let you know !! If we can't agree on a new timeframe, I'll send a refund.
- Please make sure you're interested in commissioning me! I will not take clients who refund for arbitrary reasons x_x

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES?GRAYSCALE/FLAT/SIMPLE SHADING:- Pieces are NOT polished (no gradients, no dynamic shadows and light, rough lineart.)- Client has option of picking between a grayscale piece, monochromatic piece, or piece that follows colors given from reference(s).- Client has option of simple shading or no shading at all.- This is the "sketchier" looking option.POLISHED:
- Pieces are... polished. This means the use of gradients and dynamic lighting/shadows.- Linework is more refined.- Fully colored. Pieces can still be grayscale or monochrome per request.---BACKGROUNDS- Complex backgrounds includes anything other than a flat color/gradient for a background.- Scenes include environments, landscapes, intricate props (i.e. werewolf oc eating dead deer) etc.
